[LAT 13,035]\u2003 Keeping to the left

(1)\u2003 The driver of a vehicle must\u2014
(2)\u2003 If the carriageway has 2 or more lanes in one direction, a person need not drive in the left lane except as provided under subregulation (3) .
(3)\u2003 If a road sign No 25 of Part 1 of the Schedule is displayed or in operation, the driver of a vehicle must comply with the sign except when overtaking a vehicle travelling in the same direction.
