[LAT 13,085]\u2003 Giving way to buses

(1)\u2003 The driver of a vehicle when approaching a bus which is to the left of the through carriageway must give way to the bus when the driver of the bus indicates with the right hand signal indicator that he or she is about to enter the carriageway.
(2)\u2003 The driver of a bus entering a carriageway must do so with due care and consideration for a motor vehicle already on the carriageway.
