[LAT 14,650]\u2003 Learners\u2019 permits

(1)\u2003

(2)\u2003 A condition or restriction imposed on a learner\u2019s permit may include the purpose, time, or public streets on which a motor vehicle may be driven by the holder of the permit.
(3)\u2003 A holder of a learner\u2019s permit must not drive a motor vehicle on a public street, unless\u2014
(4)\u2003 The sign required by subregulation (3)(a) must only be displayed when a vehicle is being driven by the holder of a learner\u2019s permit.
