[MC 48] Process of Magistrate valid throughout Fiji48

Subject to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009, all summonses, warrants, orders, judgments, writs of execution or other process or proceedings, whether civil or criminal, issued or taken by or by the authority of any Magistrate respecting any cause or matter within his or her jurisdiction shall have full force and effect, and may be served or executed anywhere within Fiji by the sheriff or by the member of the Police Force to who the same are directed or by any other member of the Police Force.
