[PHA 11,640] Minimum area of site in city of Suva86 

86
No new building intended solely for residential purposes shall be erected except on a site which shall be at least 6,600 square feet in area, provided that this regulation shall not apply to allotments of smaller area left in subdivisions made in the city of Suva prior to 4 November 1938.
