[MIN 11,100] Each working place to be visited once a shift220 

220
(1) The manager, the mine foreman or some person (other than the shift boss) deputed by the manager for that purpose shall visit each working place at which men are working at least once every second day and shall see that safety is assured in every respect.
(2) The shift boss shall visit each working place at which men are working at least once in every shift and shall see that safety is assured in every respect.
