Offences

15.28.1 The master of the ship shall not fail to comply with an obligation or duty imposed upon him by virtue of Part 3 — Safety of Navigation of this paragraph.

15.28.2 Any person who fails to comply with this Part commits an offence and is liable upon conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or 3 months imprisonment or both.
