24. Emergency plans

(1) An emergency plan that—
  • (a)identifies potential emergencies;
  • (b)outlines procedures to minimise the adverse consequences of these events;
  • (c)includes procedures for—
    • (i)situation management;
    • (ii)call-out;
    • (iii)evacuation;
    • (iv)identification and allocation of resources; and
    • (v)procedures for notification of water police and other rescue services; and
  • (d)specifies training and exercises to ensure the effectiveness of the plan and prepares employees for an emergency.
