[MAT 29,040] Safe Operational Plan and safety standards8

The owner or operator of a jet ski or recreational boating operation shall prepare a safety standard and a Safe Operational Plan in accordance with these Regulations that is appropriate to ensure the safe operation of the jet skis or recreational boats having regard to the—
  • (a)type of boat;
  • (b)intended type of operation; and
  • (c)intended area of operation.
