The Martintar, Nadi and Namaka Wards of the Nadi town are extended as follows—Martintar Ward
(1) the Martintar Ward comprising
  • (a)all that area of land bounded by a line commencing at the south-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 1 DP 7409; thence in a north-westerly direction along the western surveyed boundary of Lot 1 DP 7409 which is also the Nadi town boundary and continuing in the same direction along a straight line to the midline of the Queens Road; thence in a north-easterly direction along a straight line to the south-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 2 ND 125; thence in a north-easterly direction along the north-western and then north-eastern surveyed boundary of Lot 2 ND 125 to its intersection with the southern surveyed boundary of Lot 2 DP 2874;   • (b)And including all that area of land bounded by a line commencing at the point of intersection of the midlines of Wailoaloa Road and Nadi Bay Road; thence in a north-westerly direction along the midline of Wailoaloa Road and continuing in a straight line to its intersection with the High Water Mark on the southern end of the Jetty; thence in a north-easterly direction along the High Water Mark which is also the Nadi town boundary and passing Horizon Beach Resort, Travellers Beach Resort and Rescue Boat Shed to the east to the midline of Nadi Bay Road which ends at the Jetty; thence in a south-easterly and then south-westerly directions along the midline of Nadi Bay Road to its intersection with the midline of Wailoaloa Road, which is also the point of commencement.

Nadi Ward

(2) the Nadi Ward comprising all that area of land bounded by a line commencing at the point of intersection of the midlines of Nadi By Pass Road and Nadi Back Road; thence in a westerly direction along the midline of Nadi Back Road to its intersection with the midline of a Road to the south; thence in a south-westerly direction along a straight line which is also the Nadi town boundary to the north-eastern surveyed boundary peg of Lot 2 SO 2496 and continuing in the same south-westerly direction along the eastern surveyed boundary of Lot 2 SO 2496 and continuing in the same direction along a straight line to its intersection with the midline of Otuna River; thence downstream in a generally south-westerly and crossing Masi Road and the FSC Tramline on the Bridge to its intersection with the midline of Malakua River; thence downstream in a north-easterly direction along the midline of Malakua River and crossing Queens Road and the FSC Tramline on the Bridge which is also the Nadi town boundary to its intersection with the midline of Nadi River; thence upstream in a northerly direction along the midline of Nadi River which is also the Nadi town boundary to a point directly opposite the north-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 13 SO 3686; thence in an easterly direction along a straight line to the said surveyed boundary peg and then continuing in a generally south-easterly and then north-easterly directions along the northern surveyed boundary of Lot 13 SO 3686 to its intersection with the south-western surveyed boundary of Lot 19 SO 2783; Namaka Ward

(3) the Namaka Ward comprising all that area of land bounded by a line commencing at the point of intersection of the midlines of Queens Road and Nasilivata Road; thence in a north-westerly direction along the midline of Nasilivata Road, passing Namaka Public School and Industrial Street to the north to its intersection with the midline of Waqavuka Street; thence in a north-easterly direction along the midline of Waqavuka Street passing Prabhat Street to the east and continuing in the same north-easterly direction to a point where it intersects with the north-western surveyed boundary of Lot 7 ND 4581 to the north-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 7 ND 4581; thence in the same north-easterly direction along the western surveyed boundaries of Lots 7 and 8 ND 4581 which is also the Nadi Town boundary to the northernmost surveyed boundary peg of Lot 8 ND 4581; thence in a south-easterly direction along the eastern surveyed boundary of Lot 8 ND 4581 and continuing in the same direction along the northern surveyed boundary of Lot 17 SO 3489 and passing Waqadra subdivision to the south which is also the Nadi Town boundary to the north-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 6 ND 4444;
