No person shall in any recreational reserve—

(a)do any act or organise or play any game in a recreational reserve which would be likely to interfere with the safety or conduct of any person in the recreational reserve or surrounding residents;
(b)wilfully break a bottle, glass or glass receptable;
(c)throw, place or leave any bottle, glass or glass receptable, broken glass, nail or any other matter or things likely to endanger the safety of or cause injury to any person or animal or damage to any vehicle or property;
(d)do any such act which would be likely to injure, displace, pollute, foul, deface or disorder anything appertaining to a recreational reserve;
(e)injure or unnecessarily disturb by tree, shrub, flora, fauna;
(f)make or erect any building, fence, ditch or other structure of any kind;
(g)plant any tree, shrub, crop or vegetable of any kind;
(h)deposit any litter other than in litter bins or depositing their household garbage in litter bins provided for use by park patrons;
(i)drive, park or repair motor vehicles;
(j)light any fire;
(k)tether animals;
(l)drink liquor or any intoxicating substance;
(m)wilfully commit any act in violation of public decency or use profane, indecent, or obscene language to the annoyance of any other person.
