(1) the Qawa Ward, comprising all that portion of the town of Labasa situated to the east of the Labasa River;
(2) the Nasea Ward, comprising all that portion of the town of Labasa situated between the Labasa River and a line starting at the north-western intersection of the town boundary with the Labasa River, thence following the town boundary to the intersection of Nasea Village Road and Nadawa Street, thence in a generally south-eastern direction along the centreline of Nadawa Street, thence in an easterly direction along the centreline of Yaka Street to Damanu Street, thence in a southerly direction along the centreline of Damanu Street to Nasekula Street, thence in an easterly direction along the centreline of Nasekula Street to Sangam Avenue, thence in a southerly direction along the centreline of Sangam Avenue to the end thereof, thence in the same direction along the centre of an imaginary projection of Sangam Avenue to the Labasa River, at which point the said line terminates; and
(3) the Nasekula Ward comprising all that portion of the town of Labasa situated between the Nasea Ward and the western boundary of the town.
The Nasekula Ward of Labasa Town is extended as follows—Nasekula WardThe Nasekula Ward comprising all that area of land bounded by a line commencing at the south-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 4 SO 3335 on the northern surveyed boundary of Wainikoro-Dama Road; thence in a north-westerly direction along the western surveyed boundaries of Lots 4 to 8 SO 3335 and then Lots 1 to 9 SO 3336 which is also the western surveyed boundary of Covata Stage I Residential subdivision to the north-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 9 SO 3336; thence in a north-easterly direction along the northern surveyed boundaries of Lots 9 to 12 SO 3336 to its intersection with the western surveyed boundary of a Road; thence in a north-easterly and then northerly directions along the western surveyed boundary of the said Road to the northern surveyed boundary of Covata Stage I Residential subdivision; thence in a north-easterly direction along the northern surveyed boundaries of Lots 4 and 5 SO 3341 which is also part of the northern surveyed boundary of Covata Stage I Residential subdivision to the north-eastern surveyed boundary peg of Lot 5 SO 3341; thence in a generally south-easterly direction along the eastern surveyed boundary of Covata Stage I subdivision described in survey plans SO 3341, SO 3340 and SO 3339 which is also the Labasa Town boundary to the south-eastern surveyed boundary peg of Lot 17 SO 3339 on the northern surveyed boundary of Wainikoro-Dama Road; thence in a generally easterly direction along the northern surveyed boundary of Wainikoro-Dama Road to its intersection with the midline of Tuatua Creek on the bridge; thence upstream in a south-easterly direction along the midline of Tuatua Creek to its intersection with the southern surveyed boundary of Wainikoro-Dama Road; thence in a south-westerly direction along the southern boundary of Wainikoro-Dama Road and crossing Tuatua Creek which is also the Labasa Town boundary to its intersection with the eastern surveyed boundary of a Road that forms part of the eastern surveyed boundary of Delailabasa Housing subdivision; thence in a south-westerly direction along the eastern surveyed boundary of the said Road to the north-eastern surveyed boundary peg of Lot 20 SO 1863 on the roadside; thence in a south-easterly direction along the eastern surveyed boundary of Lot 20 SO 1863 to the south-eastern surveyed boundary peg of Lot 20 SO 1863; thence in a south-westerly, then westerly directions along the south-eastern and also southern surveyed boundaries of SO 1863 and SO 1864 which is also the Labasa Town boundary to the southwestern surveyed boundary peg of Lot 20 SO 1864 on the eastern surveyed boundary of Lot 29 M 2867; thence in a southerly direction along eastern surveyed boundary of M 2867 and M 2868 which is also the Labasa Town boundary and continuing in the same direction along a straight line to its intersection with the midline of Vakarairua Creek; thence upstream in a generally south-westerly and then northwesterly directions along the midline of Vakarairua Creek which is also part of the southern surveyed boundary of Delailabasa Housing subdivision and the Labasa Town boundary to its intersection with the western surveyed boundary of Lot 50 M 2868; thence in a northeasterly direction along the western surveyed boundary of Lot 50 M 2868 to the north-eastern surveyed boundary peg of Lot 1 SO 3454 on the southern surveyed boundary of Macuata Drive; thence in a north-westerly direction along the southern surveyed boundary of Macuata Drive which is also part of the southern surveyed boundary of Delailabasa Housing subdivision and the Labasa Town boundary to the north-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 1 SO 3454; thence in a north-easterly direction along a straight line and crossing Macuata Drive to the south-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 5 SO 3399 and then continuing in the same north-easterly direction along the western surveyed boundaries of Lots 5 and 1 SO 3399, then continuing in the same direction-along the western surveyed boundaries of Lots 103, 69 and 104 M 2869 which is the western surveyed boundary of Delailabasa Housing subdivision and also the Labasa Town boundary to the north-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 104 M 2869; thence in a north-easterly direction along the southern and eastern surveyed boundaries of Lot 1 M 2392 excluding the Tuatua Cemetery to the west to the north-eastern surveyed boundary peg of Lot 1 M 2392 on the southern surveyed boundary of Wainikoro-Dama Road; thence in a south-westerly direction along the southern surveyed boundary of Wainikoro-Dama Road to the north-eastern surveyed boundary peg of Lot 49 DP 4524; thence in a south-easterly direction along the eastern surveyed boundary of Tuatua Housing subdivision which is also the Labasa Town boundary to the south-eastern surveyed boundary peg of Lot 55 DP 4524; thence in a south-westerly direction along the southern surveyed boundaries of Lots 55 to 58 DP 4524 which is also the Labasa Town boundary to its intersection with the eastern surveyed boundary of Covata Road; thence in a south-westerly direction along the eastern surveyed boundary of Covata Road crossing a Road south of Lot 58 DP 4524 which is also the Labasa Town boundary to the south-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 4 SO 3331; thence in a south-westerly direction along a straight line crossing Covata Road to the south-eastern surveyed boundary peg of Lot 6 SO 1559, then continuing in the same direction along the southern surveyed boundaries of Lots 6, 5 and 4 SO 1559 which is also the southern surveyed boundary of Tuatua Housing subdivision which is also the Labasa Town boundary to the south-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 4 SO 1559; thence in a northerly direction along the western surveyed boundary of Tuatua Housing subdivision which is also the Labasa Town boundary to the north-western surveyed boundary peg of Lot 17 DP 4524 and then continuing in the same direction along a straight line and crossing Wainikoro-Dama Road to its intersection with the northern surveyed boundary of the said Wainikoro-Dama Road;
