[RSA 8] Minister may give directions8

The Minister may, by notice published or broadcast in any local print or broadcast media, specify other conditions in relation to the access or use of any surfing area for surfing or any water sport, and may give such directions as are necessary to give effect to the objects and other sections of this Act.
