No matches, and no petroleum to which the Petroleum Act 1938 or any other Act for the time being in force regarding the importation, possession and transport of petroleum applies, shall be kept for sale in any part of any premises in which more than 9kg of explosives are kept, and any person so keeping any matches or any such petroleum shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $10.
