[FNPF 13,320] Registration of employers generally8

(1) The Board registers a person as an employer by entering the information specified in regulation 7(1) in respect of the employer in the register of employers.

(2) The Board must, as soon as practicable after registering an employer, notify the employer of—

(a)the employer’s registration; and
(b)the membership numbers of the employer’s employees if it has not notified the employer of the membership numbers.
