[SCT 18] Lodging of claims18 

18
(1) Proceedings shall be commenced by the lodging of a claim in Form 1 of Schedule 1, together with the fee prescribed in Schedule 2, with the appropriate tribunal.
(2) The appropriate tribunal for the purpose of subsection (1) is the one nearest by the most practicable route to the place where the claimant resides.
